The privileged position of the bed & breakfast, in the historic center of the town of Bogliaco and a few meters from the lake, will make you appreciate the magical atmosphere of the place and comfortably reach the nearest beaches, clubs and the best restaurants.
On the first floor a suite for 2/3 people with an en suite bathroom and a family room for 4/5 people with a large bathroom offer the solution as a bed and breakfast with breakfast served by the pool. And for all those who want to cook the specialties of the area we offer the use of our summer kitchen in the giarino on the porch.
And finally the large stone staircase leads to the last floor of the newly renovated guest house. In this environment we wanted to keep the daily life of the house enriching it with modern details that show our search for beauty without ostentation. All three rooms are in fact characterized by design and antiques furnishings, with parquet floors and exposed beams. The double bathrooms still conserve the old tiles that date back to the origins of the house. Details of luxury and atmospheres of charm, expression of the ancient residence and family history.

Rising from a spiral staircase are in a turret: a Living with vintage furnishings for those who want to read a book with the view of the lake and the roofs of the ancient village. Still climbing an outdoor terrace of 20 square meters equipped which dominates the garden and the view of the village.
By day you can take advantage of the external services of the garden: relaxation areas and solarium, a beautiful swimming pool, an old lemonade of 40 square meters transformed into a refined living surrounded by greenery, a stone’s throw from the pool and totally surrounded by large windows that reflect the beauty of the garden. Angles with seating for your romantic dinners, an outdoor barbecue to cook the catch of the day or the gastronomic specialties of the place that we will suggest.
