Once the ancient woodshed of the house. The project was designed to make the direct contact with the outside: a refined living room of 40 square meters surrounded by greenery, a stone’s throw from the pool and totally surrounded by large windows that reflect the beauty of the garden.

We intend this stay to special events, to a selected clientele, to guests who already know Villa Giovanna and who appreciate the easy style of this loft.

The heart of the living room is the living room composed of a large sofa and 3 armchairs placed near the window in order to appreciate the view and exploit the beauty of the light that penetrates from the garden.
More intimate the sleeping area with private bathroom and a small kitchenette for customers who want to be intimate in this pleasant moment of the day.

To confirm the reservation will be required a deposit of the final sum to be paid by bank transfer.
The final balance is to be paid in cash on arrival, at check in

In case of cancellation we remind you that it must be done no later than 90 days from the date of arrival.
Otherwise we reserve the right to withhold the deposit.

In case of delayed arrival, early departure or cancellation, the booked stay period will be charged.
