Also this room has a double bed and shares with the room of dreams, a large bathroom. The latter, which was the service room, has been recently refurbished and has maintained that charm of an ancient house set against a modern open-space resin walled shower that overlooks the garden. The room reserves a small reading corner and a wall intended for the memory of the landlord’s medical readings. It is interesting to combine the room of books with the room of dreams to get a unique penthouse for 5 people reserved for guests only.

To confirm the reservation will be required a deposit of the final sum to be paid by bank transfer.
The final balance is to be paid in cash on arrival, at check in

In case of cancellation we remind you that it must be done no later than 90 days from the date of arrival.
Otherwise we reserve the right to withhold the deposit.

In case of delayed arrival, early departure or cancellation, the booked stay period will be charged.
